My career was built on sales, negotiation, market analysis and relationships. Real estate was the natural next step, and it never became about selling a property.
I have helped more than 100 families with their real estate needs: first-time buyers, families moving into more space, sellers, and clients looking at presales and residential investment.
My style is direct, personal and based on data. I want my clients to understand not only what we are doing, but why we are doing it that way.
When a property is not a good decision for someone, I say so. That has cost me deals and earned me clients who came back and sent their friends.
